  • Payment methods

    The Tulsi e-shop allows you to pay in the following methods:

    • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express)

    • PayPal

  • Doubts on the sizes

    On the "Sizes guide" page you can find all information to choose the correct size.
  • Shipment

    Shipping within the EU and UK (excluding Switzerland): 10€ Shipping to Switzerland: 30€ For orders starting from 69€ shipment is free! Shipment within the EU, UK and Switzerland is carried by DPD within 5 working days (Mondays to Fridays) from the day of the shipment.
  • Packaging

    Each Tulsi piece comes with its own gift box together with a description of product and presentation of our craft workshop.

  • Product characteristics

    For our creations, we only and exclusively use leather from the Genuine Italian Vegetable Tanned Leather Consortium located in Tuscany, inimitable for its features.

    Vegetable tanning distinguishes itself from other tanning procedures because it is free from toxic substances such as ago dyes, nickel, pentachlorophenol, chromium VI, which are present in cheaper leathers and are all harmful to the humans and the environment.

    A mindful choice made for the total care of our customer, a true asset of our company.

    The vegetable tanned leather ages but it does not get ruined.

    The irregular effects and the imperfections are given from the hand made process that gives uniqueness to each piece. It is absolutely normal that there are small differences between each product such as small veins, wrinkles and imperceptible cuts that prove the natural quality of the material.

    The components that we use are nickel-free and with an extremely low allergy risk.

    The finishing touches of the metal components of Tulsi are obtained by galvanic nickel-free processes that might during time see a slight color change because of usage and different skin acidity of the person that wears it.

  • Care instructions

    Treat me well!

    We have put lots of love and care into the materials and handmade construction of each Tulsi piece. You will be able to enjoy your bracelet for years to come if you also treat your bracelet with love and care!

    Simply use a soft dry cloth if you need to clean the leather. Never use abrasive material when cleaning. This product is not waterproof so please remove before showering or bathing.

    We use the finest leather available in the world when creating our pieces. Genuine Italian vegetable tanned leather is highly durable but we strongly recommend avoiding direct contact with water. If you do get your bracelet wet, let it dry at room temperature (do not apply heat sources).

  • Returns and changes

    • What happens if the received product is damaged?

    In case the product received is damaged or does not meet the criterias described on the website, you have the right to request a change. To change the product, please follow the instructions below:

    1) Send us an E-Mail or Whatsapp message at our international customer service within 14 days from receiving the product providing: Order number, Name and Surname, Product name, Photo of the damaged product;

    2) Please wait for a feedback by our international customer service;
    3) The damaged product will be picked up by the courier on the same day when the new product will be delivered. Shipping costs of the new product are on behalf of TULSI.


    • Can I request a refund?

    If for any reason you want to request a refund, please follow the instructions below:

    1) Send us an E-Mail or Whatsapp message at our international customer service within 14 days from receiving the product;

    2) Send the product, including the original packaging, at the following address:

    Shipping costs are on behalf of the customer;
    3) As soon as we will receive the returned product we will refund you the total amount of the product and of the first shipment. You will receive an E-Mail from us once the refund has been processed.
