Shipping costs in European Union for Tulsi products are €10 on the total of all purchases under €69 . Starting from a total purchase of products with a value equal to or greater than €69, shipping costs become completely free , regardless of the number of products purchased or their weight.
Shipments to European Union are made by DPD or DHL express courier and deliveries are made throughout Italy in 1-3 working days.
As soon as the product is delivered to the courier you will receive an e-mail or text message with the details and instructions for tracking the delivery. Your order can be delivered between 9.00 and 18.30.
We advise you to make sure that someone is present at the address provided to collect the parcel. The courier will carry out at least two steps, if you are not present after the second step a note will be left with the details for organizing a new delivery or for collecting the package directly from the local office.

For our products we only use leather certified by the Italian Vegetable Tanned Genuine Leather Consortium .
For centuries the Tuscan master tanners have handed down the precious artisan tradition linked to the slow process that transforms the raw material into leather .
The hides are colored using vegetable tannins . These give warm tones to the leather which, over time, tend to re-emerge on the surface with use, causing the color of the product to change . The vegetable tannins used for coloring the leather limit allergies and other health contraindications and have a very low environmental impact.

Vegetable tanned leather matures but does not get damaged.
The irregular effects and imperfections are given by the totally manual manufacturing process which makes each piece unique. Therefore, any difference in appearance between one product and another is absolutely normal, the small veins and wrinkles testify to the naturalness of the material, making each leather a unique piece.
The components we use are nickel-free with a very low risk of allergies.
The different finishes of the metal components of Tulsi products are obtained with nickel-free galvanic processes, they can be subject to changes in color over time due to wear, the type of use and the different acidity of the wearer's skin.

Each Tulsi is handmade with quality raw materials and like any handcrafted product, if you want it to last over time, treat it with care and love.
The Tulsi are not designed and built for use in water. Although they are made with a natural and resistant material such as Genuine Italian Vegetable Tanned Leather, we advise you not to wear your Tulsi to take a bath or shower, and to avoid direct contact with water.
This is just a tip, you are the owner. However, remember that: wetting it will favor its wear, this will not allow us to offer you a better guarantee on it.
If the leather gets wet , let it dry at room temperature , avoiding direct heat sources. To clean your product, we recommend using a soft, dry cloth, avoiding abrasive materials, which could damage the leather.

The repair has a symbolic cost of €10/product in addition to the €10 shipping costs .

• What if the product received is damaged?
If the product arrives damaged or does not comply with the specific characteristics of the product, you have the right to request an exchange of goods.
To make the change, please follow the procedure below:
1) Call or send an e-mail to TULSI customer service within 14 days of receipt, providing: Order number, Name and Surname, Product name, Photo of the damaged product;

3) The damaged or non-compliant product will be collected by the courier at the time of the new delivery. The shipping costs of the new product will be borne by the Owner.
• Can the User request a refund?If for any reason the User wishes to request a refund, he will be required to follow the following procedure:

3) As soon as the return has been received, the Owner will reimburse the User for the price of the product and the costs of the first shipment in the same manner in which the same made the first payment. When the refund is processed, the User will receive a confirmation email.
